Molds manufacturing
In the year 1987 we started to produce our molds in house. The molds workshop we created generally focused on producing new molds for us, making maintenance for the existing molds and spare parts for the machines.
Later on, in 2005 we started to expand our market by producing molds to other plastic manufacturing companies. We produced different types of molds for different products. In general we produce injection molds, blowing molds, and PET blowing molds.
Also, we expanded our services to our customers by acting as a third party in supplying molds from Taiwan or China depending on the quality needed and complexity of the products requested. Our business model is focusing on being a design center that study and design every new mold project. We do all the preparation for all the mold raw material and accessories, machining, heat treatment, assembly, trials and finishing process. We have an out-sourcing co-operating team that are specialized in their jobs to offer customized price efficient quality molds under our supervision.
